* Summer rates and a two-night minimum apply during
holidays, Newport's Seafood and Wine Festival in
February, and other special events. On weekends,
our spa/oceanview rooms are available for advance
bookings for two or more nights only. If one of these
rooms is still available just prior to the weekend,
we can then book it for one night. Newport has a
9.5% room tax. The state of Oregon has a 1% room
tax. |
